A new opportunity has opened for a growing but stable tech organisation. With brand new offices located in the inner south-east, you will be joining a team with a strong community focus who exist to make a positive difference to customers lives.

Working with team members across Marketing and IT, you will leverage data and insights to plan, execute and optimise all online marketing communications.

Your focus will be to build personalised automated customer journeys and support complex multichannel marketing sales nurture programs. You will also assist with the development of best practice for all Marketing Automation users across the wider team.

What does the day-to-day look like?
- Working with closely with the Sales and Marketing teams
- Assist with IT requests from the Marketing team - escalating when required
- Improve customer EDMs through automation platform
- Automation and campaign reporting
- Manage internal stakeholder communications regarding platform updates
- Identifying requirements to improve customer journeys
- Produce a variety of reports to assist with optimisation of digital marketing activities

A little about you...
- Ability to project manage with conflicting priorities
- Proven experience working with CRM platforms
- Experience working with Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience advantageous)
- Understanding of customer segments
