Nirmaan Homes is seeking **Office Assistants/Receptionists** to join our growing company who designs & builds custom homes, townhouses, and house & land packages. Based in Truganina, this company is in a real growth phase due to the property boom & is looking for their next superstar to join the team
**Job Responsibility**:
Admin/Front Officer will be responsible for Greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answering all calls and directing as needed, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Taking meeting of minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Data entry (Invoices, Tracking sheets, property listings etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationery
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts Providing administration support to the Sales team, Construction Estimator, and Site Supervisor.
**To be considered you must have**:
- A clear understanding of a admin roles & responsibilities
- Have a good working knowledge of: word and excel.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in the field is preferred
- Confident and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- An enthusiastic proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary**:$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
