HR Officer

Our facilities to the west of Melbourne are truly impressive. Our teams work hard to ensure food safety is our priority by resolving problems efficiently, effectively and thinking outside the box to troubleshoot, while maintaining a safe working environment.

**The Opportunity**:
We currently have a great opportunity for someone to join our APAC HR team. This is a 10 week casual assignment, filling in for a team member while they’re on leave. While in the role, you would provide all round HR Administrative support.

You will enjoy a variety of work where no one day will be the same. You will be able to use your current HR and admin skills while developing a broader range of HR knowledge. Handover and training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Broad generalist administration tasks.
- Managing the on-boarding of new starters.
- Provision of admin and coordination for the HR function such as reporting, contract, and variation creation.
- Payroll backup and assistance.

**Knowledge, skills, and abilities we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in HR administration is desirable.
- A qualification in HR of some kind.
- Well-developed administration skills including strong attention to detail and timeframes.
- The ability to take initiative, prioritise and manage day to day workload.
- Professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in a HRIS system and MS Office.
- The ability to work collaboratively as a team and autonomously.
