As the **Program Delivery Team Leader**, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering face-to-face training programs and events for senior executives. Your role is to support and guide your team, making sure everything runs smoothly and that customer satisfaction is always a priority. You'll oversee the daily activities, help organise schedules, and ensure the team is providing excellent service.

**About the Role**
This position is perfect for someone with leadership experience in customer-facing roles, such as those in hospitality or airlines, who enjoys organising teams and processes. You don't need to have a background in training, but you should be comfortable leading a team, managing logistics, and supporting staff to ensure everything stays on track.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team that delivers face-to-face training programs and events at different locations, including virtual settings.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure everything is organised, from scheduling to logistics.
- Make sure your team is trained and fully supported to deliver excellent customer service and follow processes.
- Be the main point of contact for any escalated customer issues, resolving them positively.
- Support your team in managing feedback, complaints, and requests, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Attend external events and represent the business when needed.

**About You**
- You have experience managing customer-facing teams (ideally 3+ years), whether in hospitality, airlines, or similar industries.
- You're highly organised, able to handle schedules, resources, and ensure all logístical details are covered.
- You're a natural problem solver, comfortable handling escalations, and always working to improve customer experiences.
- You enjoy coaching and mentoring staff, helping them grow and succeed.
- You're used to working in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and customer service are key.
- Experience in training or education is a bonus, but not essential - we're looking for strong leadership and operational skills.
