**Your new company**
A facilities management company servicing one of their major clients in WA, operating in the healthcare industry.

**Your new role**
- Lead the Network Team in their day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery to customers and achievement of KPI’s.
- Keep informed of developments in network technologies and infrastructure
- Contribute to technical standards and roadmaps
- Manage the Network team to successfully:

- provide OAM services around the networking services and infrastructure
- monitor and respond to service Outages and performance events
- regularly patch networking infrastructure in line with the patch management guidelines
- provide capacity planning around the network components
- report on the network specific KPIs

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Experience working within a customer orientated environment
- Capable of effectively communicating to, motivating, and leading a team
- Exceptional understanding of Cisco Routing, Switching, Unified Communications, Wireless, and Firewall platforms,.
- Strong experience with network monitoring and capacity management
