**Required Skills or Qualifications**
- Basic math skills
- Fundamental knowledge of the health and fitness industry
- Strong communication skills, including excellent writing, spelling, listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Certificate III in Fitness (preferred)
- Sales and/or fitness industry experience (preferred)
- First Aid and CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive membership sales through lead generation and closing new memberships
- Maintain club cleanliness and professional presentation
- Provide excellent customer service and handle member and guest inquiries efficiently
- Convert phone inquiries into appointments and track sales activity
- Meet personal and team sales targets, engaging in ongoing training
- Manage reception duties, supplies and admin tasks
- Participate in promotional activities and execute management-assigned tasks
