The Change Management Lead role champions all aspects of HR Change Management for our Kinetix business in the Digital Intelligence function. As a champion of change, you will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the organization's transformation journey, plan, and implement change and engagement activities, and develop comprehensive strategies for all stages of the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for sharing the organization's activities with the wider community and acting as an advocate for transformation. In scope for this role are also HR Generalist responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
Change Management Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute change management initiatives and communication services, in collaboration with business leaders.
- Working with key stakeholders lead the business readiness, facilitate the analysis and review of impacts, including people impact analysis and risk mitigation tactics.
- Support communication efforts by planning, developing, delivering, and managing key messages and reviews.
- Manage change activities from initial scoping to evaluation and contribute to change and governance by identifying and addressing risks and issues, coaching and mentoring staff through the change process, ensuring the understanding and buy-in of all key stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on change management and develop training programs to support individuals and teams adapt to change.
HRM Responsibilities:
- Coaching people leaders to hire, inspire, develop, and retain the talented employees that create customer success. Work within a collaborative HR team in the region and globally to deliver results related to retention and engagement of talent.
- Meet regularly & proactively with managers to provide guidance on change management, having meaningful discussions with employees, clear communication, and other Digital specific programs.
- Drive, influence and shape an awesome culture which includes but not limited to:
- Coach people leaders to ensure team priorities are laser focused, on-strategy, & drive customer success
- Drive employee development: coach people leaders to create meaningful, personalized development plans
- Partner with Operational leaders to execute business-specific strategies.
- Work with the functional HRBP to support with people related topics as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recognized degree qualified in a relevant discipline (Human Resources, Economics or Business) preferred. Change Management certification highly desirable.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Knowledge and skills in stakeholder management, governance, strategy, engagement, business impact analysis, business readiness, and reinforcement and embedding.
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in interpreting Australian employment law, WH&S; and other government legislation.
- Strategic business knowledge and understanding.
- High level ability to influence, communicate, consult, and negotiate with staff at all levels, and with external agencies, service providers and customers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy and to exercise tact and discretion.
- Intermediate level computing skills including Microsoft office suite.
