About the Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Refrigeration Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Kent Town. This full-time, permanent role offers the stability of regular working hours (7:30 am – 4:00 pm) with a 40-hour week and the added benefit of one Rostered Day Off (RDO) per month.

Applicants must have 3-5 years of HVAC service experience to be considered for this position.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients' air conditioning and mechanical systems are running smoothly. You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and provide top-notch service that makes a real difference for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

· Diagnosing and Repairing: Troubleshoot and resolve system faults efficiently and effectively.

· Maintaining Systems: Perform regular maintenance to keep HVAC systems in peak condition.

· Mentoring the Next Generation: Share your expertise by training and guiding apprentices.

· Reporting & Documentation: Provide detailed reports on system repairs, faults, and improvements.

· Safety First: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with OH&S requirements.

· Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

· Continual Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends with ongoing manufacturer training.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

· Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

· A current Restricted or Unrestricted Electrical License.

· A current ARCtick license.

· A White Card.

· Elevated Work Platform License (or a willingness to obtain one).

· First Aid certification (or the ability to obtain one).

· A National Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).

· Working with Children, Aged Care, and Vulnerable Persons clearance (or the ability to obtain one).

· Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required at the time of application.
