**About the Role**:As a **Day Spa Coordinator**, you will be the face of our spa, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your role will include:

- Managing client bookings and spa scheduling to maximise the day
- Managing and asisting staff and therapists to ensure efficiency
- Greeting and assisting guests with professionalism and warmth
- Handling administrative tasks, including payments and inventory management
- Supporting the spa team to maintain a welcoming and relaxing environment
- Upholding Endota’s high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Previous experience in a spa or salon (preffered but not essential)
- Reception experience (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- A passion for wellness and self-care
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
