Distributor of high quality irrigation equipment located at Seventeen Mile Rocks. Safety of their staff is the highest priority.

**THE POSITION**:
This warehouse is probably the most organised warehouse you will ever see Up to date technology using iPad to manage stock and pick orders.

THis role will see you directly manage approx. 6 staff, coordinate stock movements, stocktakes and order picking. This is a hands on role where you will lead by example.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Staff management
- Stock movement
- Oversee order picking process
- Meet customer deadlines
- Ensure accuracy of orders
- Reporting
- Liaising with Management and Customer Service
- General maintenance of warehouse
- Build and promote a team environment focused on engaging the team to work collaboratively, efficiently and accurately to achieve the overall company objectives
- Receiving and dispatch

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3-5 years warehouse management experience
- Proven record of managing staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service approach
- Tech savvy

**WORK TYPE**: Permanent Full Time

**HOURS**: 8.00 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, overtime when required
