We are partnering with an Australian-owned and grown business, who focus on offering products from diversified manufacturers that will stand the test of time and support Australians with local offices, warranties and service. Their projects range from a residential solar system through to designing a commercial-scale solar farm, offering a high level of Technical Support and Sales Support to their customers in this ever-evolving renewable energy industry.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator with experience in managing WordPress websites to join this renewable energy company. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote their brands and solutions. Your primary responsibility will be managing and optimising their WordPress websites, ensuring they remain engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with their brand identity. In addition you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver the marketing strategy, organise of marketing events and support the broader business as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- WordPress Website Management:_
- Manage and maintain their WordPress websites including regularly update website content, including product information, blog posts, landing pages, and other relevant materials.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and landing pages.
- Troubleshoot website issues, plugin conflicts, and compatibility problems to ensure smooth website operation.
- Digital Marketing Support:_
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and content marketing channels
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create engaging and persuasive content for website pages, blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.
- Branding, Communication and Events:_
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms, ensuring website content, visuals, and messaging align with their brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, assets, and insights necessary for marketing campaigns and website updates.
- Assist in coordinating marketing events and trade shows.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar role as a Marketing Coordinator
- Experience with WordPress CMS including updating content, building landing pages and basic troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and error-free content.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and interact with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing events or trade shows is a plus.
- Experience in marketing B2B businesses is a plus.
- Knowledge of the solar industry or renewable energy is a plus.
