**About the Opportunity**

Our Recruitment Coordinators support the People & Culture (P&C) Recruitment Operations Team and function throughout end-to-end recruitment.

The role supports a range of tasks relating to recruitment, including:

- Managing calendars and ensuring scheduling runs efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
- Processing invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and tracking details across a range of systems and tools.

**About You**
- Be proactive and bring energy, organisation and a strong sense of ownership to their work.
- Have the ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures.
- Know their way around an inbox, spreadsheet, MS office suite and (ideally) a recruitment system.
- Have strong attention to detail and great communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Be confident communicating with a variety of people and enjoy providing good customer service.
- Have capacity to balance routine tasks with unexpected challenges that require quick and practical thinking.
- Be inquisitive and confident in questioning around areas of uncertainty.

Experience working in a HR or Recruitment environment is highly desirable.

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
