**About you**:

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Payroll Change and Governance Manager you will be a key contributor to the delivery of professional, accurate and timely payroll services to employees within all contracts across AsPac, in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) set by the Shared Services Centre, Values and legislative requirements. You will assist in the provision of a high-level advisory service to management and staff on a range of payroll related matters and complex customer service outcomes and will oversee high level operational outcomes driven by change requests, projects, and service delivery requirements.
- To be successful in this role you will have:_
- Proven experience in payroll processes, and the use of a computerised payroll system (e.g. SAP HCM), or other relevant database, including reporting capabilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively either as an individual or a member of a team, relate to staff on all levels, and build strong working and networking relationships.
- Good customer service ethos and ability to communicate both orally and in writing and present ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to think analytically, identify root cause, propose solutions and follows through until resolution.
- Ability to identify skills and competency gaps and coach and train others.
- Proven ability to adapt changing requirements and situations.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products.
