Our client, who is one of Australia's manufactures and suppliers to plumbing equipment and products is seeking an experienced Customer Service/ Sales Officer to join their friendly and busy team.

Our client, who is one of Australia's manufactures and suppliers to plumbing equipment and products is seeking an experienced Customer Service/ Sales Officer to join their friendly and busy team.

**Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00PM Monday - Friday (Flexible hours) with hybrid working model**

**Location: Jandakot**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Duration: 6 months with potential to go permanent**

**Pay rate: Competitive rates**

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Providing excellent customer service and generating brand awareness
- Acting as the face and representative of the company in a positive manner
- Offer product knowledge and advice to customers within sales sites with potential to provide after care advice on products
- Providing customers with feedback and insights into new products and enquiries
- Generating sales and leads

**Role Requirements**
- Previous experience as a Plumber or have knowledge of plumbing
- Excellent time management skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Passion for customer service and sales
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
- Highly developed attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
- Microsoft suite working knowledge
