Our National utilities client based in Murdoch, is seeking multiple readily available Customer service superstars to join their busy team for a 6 month assignment with possible extension.

Our National utilities client based in Murdoch, is seeking multiple readily available Customer service superstars to join their busy team for a 6 month assignment with possible extension.

Working hours: Full time 38 Hours (Monday - Friday) rotating shifts between 8.00am - 5pm - 1 hour lunch break. (shifts are: 8am - 4pm, 8:30am - 4:30pm, 9am - 5pm)

Start Date: ASAP (15th May)

Pay rate: $32 p/h + super

Parking: Free parking onsite

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Quoting and processing orders
- Answering customer queries regarding their account / invoicing / order status
- General administrative duties
- Conflict resolution where needed assisting clients to resolve any discrepancies in their order or with their billing.

**Role Requirements**
- Proven work experience in a Customer Service Officer role
- Experience with high volumes of inbound calls is beneficial
- Good experience using different systems (full training will be providing)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
