**Our Client**
Our client is a government-owned organisation responsible for providing services which are essential to the nation's safety and economic security. **The Role**
Our client is seeking a Project and Change Communications Specialist to design, develop and implement communication and engagement plans to support one of their strategic transformation programs. This role is a hands-on role, requiring excellent communication skills and knowledge in order to provide expert change communication and engagement advice.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Lead the design, development and implementation of strategic communication and engagement plans and activities to drive key stakeholder engagement for a strategic change program.
- Write, edit and distribute communication materials associated with the communications and engagement requirements

**Skills and Experience**
- Provide advice and direction on project communication and engagement strategies to improve communication activities across this key program
- Develop high quality project communications
- Influence and drive change throughout the organisation
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in communications (or related discipline) or relevant industry experience
