Efiniti Telecommunications Services is a lead supplier of professional services in the Telecommunications and Information & Communications Technology (ICT) industry. Efiniti is an Australian-owned and based company that specialises in these fields across three business sectors — Carrier & ICT, Corporate & Government, and Technology Vendor.

**Contract term**:12 months + extension

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems to optimise stock control.
- Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and in accordance with company standards.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimise transportation and shipping processes.
- Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment metrics.
- Ensure all safety procedures and regulations are adhered to.
- Occasionally attend sites with technicians for the disposal of rubbish and old equipment.

**Who we’re looking for**

**Qualifications & Other skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations (typically 2-3 years).
- Experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, management, and external partners.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
