-Join our Enterprise team within our Macquarie Asset Management Division as an Executive Assistant, in an Executive Assistant role supporting our Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific, and wider Enterprise team.At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. As part of your role as an Executive Assistant, you will be required to proactively anticipate the needs of the Executives you support. You will be responsible extensive diary management within different time zones, including arranging meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties, booking and confirming complex travel arrangement and managing travel itineraries, processing purchase orders/invoices and handling expense claims, producing and coordinating documents for meetings.
You will also work closely with other Executive Assistants in the team to coordinate department and team events.
- What you offer
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior directors within a fast-paced office environment, where you have experience in calendar management within different timezones, booking complex travel and managing itineraries, processing invoices and expense claims and coordinating documents for meetings
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities and make decisions accordinglyProactive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs of team members and act as necessary.
