Alpha Omega Management Consulting Pty Ltd is a customer focused registered NDIS and Aged care service provider, currently based in Sydney providing care services to NSW, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. We currently recruit a full time administration officer in our Cabramatta Office, NSW 2166.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling and directing all inbound and outbound calls.
- Data entry for client profiles on Visual Care to ensure that the data is up to date and accurate.
- Greeting visitors to ensure that they are welcome and directing their inquiries to relevant team members as appropriate.
- Assisting in client intake to make sure the information is recorded accurately and up to date and action to be followed up.
- Liaising with external stakeholders for outgoing referrals.
- Assisting in purchasing and recording to make sure that delivery is on time and pricing is reasonable under the financial guideline.
- Assisting in collecting relevant data and producing reports if required.
- Assisting in the organisation of company or team-wide events such as venue booking, attendance recording and other logistics arrangements.
- Providing general administrative tasks to other functional departments as required.
- Providing support for the client scheduling officer teams when required.
**Selection Criteria**
- Relevant vocational qualifications in business administration, or commerce.
- Excellent spoken communication with different stakeholders to deliver services to clients.
- Have knowledge in the aged care/disability or community service industry is desirable.
- Experience in data entry with a good typing speed.
- A self-starter, self-motivated person who can work independently but also within a team.
- IT & computer savvy, with ability to use Google Workspace (G-Suite), Dropbox and Excel.
- A positive attitude to go the extra mile and an ability to work and interact with staff of all levels and display a high level of service orientation.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
