**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Manager - Solutions Architecture and Design** to be part of our Enterprise Architecture & Strategy, Technology and Communication Services Command. The role leads a team of program and solution architects focused on architecture and design delivery for major programs of work, strategic and business as usual (BAU) initiatives for the organisation.

As a manager of solution architects, describe your recent (last 12 months) experience managing a team of multiple solution architects in a large organisation? What are the key challenges you faced in ensuring alignment across multiple architects working on different projects, and how did you overcome them to maintain consistent architectural standards and strategic vision.

**Target Question 2**:
Provide your experience in building a team of solution architects with diverse domain expertise as part of the capability building for the organisation? Share your approach to ensuring that the intellectual property and architectural knowledge are retained within the organisation. Also please share your experience in fostering innovation and cross domain collaboration within a large team.
