**Role Overview**:
As a **Tour Logistics Coordinator**, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our tours by managing bookings, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring all logístical aspects are in place for a seamless travel experience. Reporting to the Head of Product, this is a role that plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Booking & Allocations**: Confirm all bookings and allocations with external operators for set tour dates.
- **Tour Group Communication**: Set up and manage group chats on WhatsApp for each tour, ensuring smooth communication.
- **Invoice Management**: Screen incoming invoices, ensure they align with tour rates and specifications, and pass to accounts for processing.
- **Agent Inquiries**: Manage and respond to incoming inquiries from agents, providing timely and accurate information.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Enter data accurately and assist with reporting on tour specifications and performance.
- **External Partnerships**: Maintain strong working relationships with our travel partners and operators.
- **Reservations Management**: Ensure customer details in the reservations inbox are accurate and up to date.
- **Tour Support**: Manage the logistics of each tour and provide ongoing support to ensure each departure runs smoothly.
- **Reporting**: Send weekly reports to stakeholders, highlighting key data and tour status.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in travel coordination, logistics, or a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency with google drive and business suite software, and experience with communication tools like WhatsApp.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for travel and delivering great customer experiences.
