**About Federal Hospitality**

Working in one of Tasmania’s most stunning locations, on the waterfront just outside the Hobart CBD, you will be the voice of Federal Hospitality reservations and play a key role in ensuring every guest has a unique experience that they want to tell everyone about.

Federal Hospitality encompasses a wide group of impressive brands including MACq01, Henry Jones Art Hotel, Saffire, Wrest Point Casino, Country Club Tasmania and 12 community hotels under the Vantage Group.

**What can you expect from a day in this role?**

The Groups Coordinator is responsible for arranging group accommodation bookings at Federal Hospitality Tasmania properties by liaising with groups visiting Tasmania for conferences, events, sporting events, tours and more.

Alongside coordination of groups booking, you will also be responsible for reservations at our luxury accommodation at Saffire Freycinet on Tasmania’s stunning east coast. You will process accommodation bookings using an in-house booking system and promote Federal Hospitality’s products and services to fit the specific needs of our customers.

**What will you bring to the role?**

You'll bring an exceptional passion for customer service, unparalleled ability to understand and exceed guest expectations and able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written formats.

Ideally you will have a Certificate II or III in Hospitality Operations or demonstrated practical work experience, coupled with experience working in a highly customer service orientated role. You'll be able to show initiative working in a small team, whilst also enjoying working autonomously and bring strong ability to learn and understand new tech systems.
