Full Job Description

**Overview**
As a key member of the Marketing team, the Digital Producer is responsible for executing ongoing content updates and enhancements across our digital platforms, identifying new opportunities, and optimising the experience customers see when they visit our website across multiple brands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ownership of all aspects of website content across the full range of brands. This includes editing, proofreading, and publishing written content for the websites.
- Assist with copy writing and content production for the website redevelopment project including creating and updating digital web content, imagery, video and other related marketing and communications tasks as required.
- Assist in the optimisation of navigation, functionality, meta data and customer experience across all our websites.
- Provide input into content production processes to help ensure a high rate of content accuracy and efficiency.
- Supporting the website redevelopment build using the CMS to create new pages and design layouts, while optimising web pages for accessibility and SEO
- Ownership of producing campaign-specific landing pages, updating, and maintaining content in line with the digital marketing strategy and field requests, using the company’s Content Management System(s).
- Ensure online brand is reflective of the overall brand to enhance and support overall brand awareness and recognition.
- Continually contribute to the improvement of systems, processes and procedure that will improve the digital customer experience.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- 1-2 years in experience working in digital, managing websites and web content with a proven track record on working in and delivering digital projects
- Genuine skills in the Adobe suite, a creative appetite and interest in skincare
- Experience working within Enterprise Content Management Systems (AEM preferable)
- Working knowledge and understanding of SEO
