**Your opportunity**
You will produce best in class content creation of photography and video assets, to support Westfield Direct performance marketing objectives, driving growth through production of compelling digital content for performance channels.
**You will have overall accountability to**
- Produce relevant, innovative and engaging content to support Westfield performance marketing across paid media, brand and organic
- Deliver end-to-end video production & photography services including research, filming and editing
- Interpret, execute and deliver a brief under pressure, quickly sourcing and/or shooting suitable footage, photos (as required), developing key messaging to support, to create best-in-class visual assets
- Ability to plan and manage shoots while also being able to collaborate and work as part of a team to meet project outcomes
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure all content creation is impactful & in line with brand guidelines
- Collaborate and use your experience and creative input to assist in the storytelling/storyboarding process
- Produce engaging video content (6-30 second formats) optimised for social (FB, Insta, YouTube, Pinterest & TikTok)
**What will set **you **apart from the rest?**
- Experienced graphic designer/content producer with advanced editing skills.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Videography, Photography & Graphic Design
- Extensive experience and proficiency in Adobe Lightroom & Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator
- Solid understanding of social and online platforms, culture and trends
- Demonstrated expertise in producing a range of creative content, end-to-end, in a timely manner
- Sound skills in copywriting for building brand & product awareness, consideration & conversion
- Experience creating and editing motion graphics templates and animation across openers, titles and transitions
- Comfort with an always on test-and-learn approach to experimenting with multiple creative styles, versions and formats
