About the Role
As our Group Business Development Executive, you’ll be the front-line driver of growth, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing strategies to increase revenue. This role demands an ambitious, self-motivated professional who can hunt down leads, seal deals, and build lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to smash individual and team targets.
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to maximise service offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in sales/business development with strong closing skills.
- Experience within the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions (MICE) sector is highly sought-after.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation ability.
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven personality.
- Strong market research and analytical skills.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred but not essential).
