
Group Welfare Manager

In alignment with our core values, we are seeking a Group Welfare Manager to enhance our welfare initiatives. This critical, hybrid role will support both our employees and Club members, serving as a cornerstone of our organisational culture.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact for all welfare concerns, providing expert guidance and support.
**Partnership Development**: Establish and maintain collaborations with external agencies and service providers to enhance the welfare support network.
**Program Management**: Oversee the effectiveness of our Employee Assistance Program and related welfare initiatives, ensuring optimal delivery of services.
**Needs Assessment**: Conduct comprehensive welfare assessments to determine individual requirements and coordinate appropriate interventions.
**Leadership and Training**: Provide training and support to our venue leaders ensuring readiness and capability to manage sensitive issues.
**Reporting and Compliance**: Generate detailed reports for the senior management team on welfare activities, challenges, and outcomes, maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
**Advocacy and Promotion**: Advocate for and raise awareness about our welfare services, pushing for continual improvement and greater accessibility.
You are a seasoned professional with a background in social work, psychology, or a related discipline, possessing significant experience in a management or leadership role. Your expertise includes handling sensitive and complex welfare issues with utmost confidentiality and professionalism. With exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, you are adept at building trust and creating a supportive environment.
