The Role

Reporting to the Weighbridge
Supervisor and based in South Windsor, the purpose of the Weighbridge attendant
is to deliver a strong customer experience through the efficient and
professional handling of all telephone and gatehouse enquires from both
internal and external customers and other staff.

About You

You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and
will have a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and unsupervised. You
will have experience in a customer service environment and be adept at
resolving disputes and effectively and positively managing challenging
situations.

You will be available to work at least two weekends per month (both
Saturday and Sunday) and some weekdays, with a minimum availability between
10.00am and 2.00pm.

Essential Criteria

• WHS General Construction Work in NSW
• Experience in office administration
• Keyboard and data entry experience
• Experience in customer service and cash
  handling
• Experience in performing reconciliations
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Desirable Experience

• Experience in operating an automated
  weighbridge and associated computer system
• Experience with operating a computer-based
  accounting system
