Firstpoint Integrated Services provide trade and maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of industry sectors including commercial, early learning, residential and education.

We require a handyperson to join the team servicing clients in the Sydney Region. This can be either an in-house staff member or as a sub-contractor on ABN. The role will require performing small maintenance repair jobs along with quoting and managing small remedial and capitol works through sub-contractors. The role is casual/part time with flexible hours with a minimum of 24 hours (3 days per week). Weekend work will also be available at times.

Responsibilities include
- Managing sub-contractors for minor works such as painting, kitchen/bathroom upgrades, fencing etc.
- General minor building maintenance tasks such as repair door handles, replace light bulbs.
- Gathering information for quotes for building repairs and upgrades
- Liaising and operating with clients, other subcontractors and staff

Applicants must have
- Own vehicle (fuel card will be provided)
- Valid ABN (if under sub-contractor arrangement)
- Working with Children Clearance (can be obtained)

Uniform will be provided.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
