In partnership with the NSW Government, the Parklife Metro consortium (comprised of Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild) is delivering a transformative, city-shaping metro rail project in Greater Western Sydney.

RDWSA will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Parklife Metro for 15 years.

**About the Role**:
Reporting into the Asset Management Director, the Depot and Maintenance Manager will oversee the teams responsible for WSA Depot operations, warehouse management, and the Maintenance and Diagnostic Centre (MDC). This role ensures the efficient operation of depot, warehouse, and maintenance functions while upholding safety, reliability, and performance standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Managing depot, warehouse, and maintenance operations, including train and track machine movements.
- Leading engineering and asset management teams supporting testing, commissioning, and operational readiness.
- Developing and implementing processes for depot operations, maintenance, fault control, and incident response.
- Establishing and overseeing the Maintenance Diagnostic Centre (MDC) and Fault Controller functions within the OCC.
- Managing warehouse logistics, including stores, equipment, tools, and consumables.
- Overseeing maintenance performance, compliance, and reporting to Sydney Metro.
- Leading the development and optimization of incident response and recovery functions.
- Managing budgets, personnel, and resources in line with RDWSA policies and procedures.

**About You**:
This is a key leadership role pivotal in ensuring seamless depot operations and maintenance readiness to support a safe and efficient network. To be successful in this role you will need:

- Relevant educational qualifications in engineering, asset management, or a related field
- 10 years’ experience in maintenance centre or depot operations
- Knowledge of incident, fault response, and recovery operations
- Experience in O&M phase on GoA4 networks and depot/warehouse operations.
- Strong ability to set strategy and objectives
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
