As the Head of Credit, reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will assume a pivotal role in:

- Overseeing and optimizing the credit approval process to align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Leading, mentoring, and expanding the credit team, with a focus on remote management and recruitment of key talent to support business growth.
- Developing and implementing credit policies and procedures that reflect industry best practices and strategic goals.
- Collaborating with senior management to align credit strategies with overarching business plans and objectives.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships, fostering transparent communication and effective collaboration across departments.
- Analyzing market trends and credit data to drive informed decision-making and risk management strategies.
- Actively being involved in continuous improvement initiatives within the credit department to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
