**About the Opportunity**

The Team Leader - Credit is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of RACV Finance’s Credit department, ensuring that RACVs assets are protected from non-compliant events and fraud, and that Lending decisions are in the best interest of our borrowers and timely.

Reporting to the Credit Manager the Team Leader - Credit focuses in providing expert coaching and guidance to the team, enabling development toward delivery of their individual, and departmental shared KPI’s.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Tertiary Achievement in related disciplines; Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics well regarded
- 2 years Leadership/project experience managing a small to medium size team
- Thorough understanding of Fraud
- AFCA and IDR Complaint response, ASIC - National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, Privacy NPP, AML/CTF Act 2006 (PEP, SMR, ECDD, KYC Safeharbour), ACCC (Consumer Law)
