IT Organisational Change Analyst
Location: Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. Initial Contract up until March 2026; possibility for extension.
Responsibilities- Support delivery of key IT projects in the End User Technology program.
- Coordinate pilots (e.g., device deployment), draft communications, coordinate Subject Matter Experts, manage and analyse feedback, and maintain change documentation.
- Support large-scale organisational change management within a multi-year portfolio and with delivery partners.
- 3+ years as an Organisational Change Analyst supporting large-scale change programs.
- In-depth experience with transformational change and change management in large programs.
- Experience drafting and maintaining change management communications in a large program.
- Ability to tailor engagement activities for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience coordinating pilots and change activities, including scheduling and logistics.
- Experience maintaining change documentation across a program, including feedback analysis.
- Problem solving, working well under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
