About the Role
We have a great opportunity to lead a newly created Product Performance team, within the Transact & Save portfolio. You and your team will build upon your experience with transaction and savings products to develop and deliver a strategic product roadmap. You’ll also be critical to supporting the broader team and bankers with product insights, implementing product pricing and tracking the value and success of various initiatives.
This role is ideal for Product Managers with strategic, project management and analytical experience and it can lead to many career pathways within commercial banking and across the rest of ANZ.

What will your day look like?
As a Product Performance Lead, your day will vary but here’s what you might expect:
Lead, coach and mentor a team of two direct reports
Conduct analysis of performance metrics to advise and support team to meet targets
Ensure financial accountability by tracking and managing Net Interest Margin (NIM), repricing actions, and other financial metrics critical to product performance
Project management of centralised repricing actions, and implementation of Product Pricing and other initiatives e.g. changing product fees
Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team, seeking out new opportunities to enhance product performance and profitability
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments to support product performance goals.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
**Experience in one or more of the following areas**: Product Management, Change/ Delivery Management, Data Analytics, Pricing, Finance, Credit Risk.
Prior experience working with deposit or payments products
A passion for delivering exceptional customer & banker experiences
Experience leading, coaching and guiding a team
Experience successfully leading projects or a large change agenda
Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Ability to make decisions and communicate direction, rationale and outcomes clearly
Ability to identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies
Developed mechanisms to track performance and value realisation on investment
A strong commercial, analytical and strategic mindset.
