**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced People and Performance Lead to join our Customer Operations team in this permanent full-time role. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, create and maintain a high performance culture within their remit, as well as influence broader improvement across the contact centre footprint.

**Duties**:

- Lead and coach the day to day operational execution of the Contact Centre team to deliver outstanding service to Alinta’s customers
- Create a service culture through continuous improvement, a focus on efficiency and quality
- Partnering with HR to analyse Employee Satisfaction feedback to minimise attrition and absence and maximise engagement
- Working with the relevant functional lead to create plans to deliver improvement requirements
- Coaching the team effectively to create and maintain a motivated and engaged workforce that thrives in a high performance culture.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in leading groups of team leaders
- Detailed knowledge of Customer Information Systems
- Experience working with internal stakeholders
- Experience in managing people
