**The role**

Due to its location and budget this role will have you viewed as a serious player in the crop protection industry. As such you will have the professionalism and agility to not only run your designated region, but the business acumen to be involved in national level decision making.

Develop and execute strategies to maximise the delivery of the company’s Customer Value Proposition through direct customer interaction and by leading and developing a high calibre field team.

You will be astute at driving sales and building long-term ‘rusted-on’ relationships with the senior level decision makers in the region.

Like the rest of their team you will be either be (or become) a well-recognised, well-connected, and a proactive Agribusiness industry professional with an in-depth understanding of crop protection, an adjacent ag input, or rural distribution / ag retail.

**Responsibilities**
- Regional business ownership - budget >AUD$100mio
- Regional account planning and management
- Lead, develop and drive performance of regional team
- Be a senior thought leader and active contributor within the Sales Leadership Team, actively identifying and acting upon opportunities, innovation, and improvement initiatives
- Focus on customer relationships and market intelligence to optimise results
- Ensure that all sales activities are executed safely and comply with relevant Acts, legal requirements, and company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in agriculture, business, or a relevant discipline
- Min. 7 years’ experience in a relevant industry, demonstrating proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Regular travel will be required to achieve your goals throughout the region and interstate
- Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ
- Professionalism, agility, and financial acumen
- Experience leading and developing a diverse team through an unwavering commitment to inclusion
- Thrive in a dynamic culture and possess a take ownership and responsibility mentality

**Location and Remuneration**
- This is a Work From Home role (WFH)
- Flexible on location within WA
- An attractive package will be negotiated in-line with experience + FMV + bonus
