As such you will have the professionalism and agility to not only run your designated region, but the business acumen to be involved in national level decision making. Develop and execute strategies to maximise the delivery of the company’s Customer Value Proposition through direct customer interaction and by leading and developing a high calibre field team. You will be astute at driving sales and building long-term ‘rusted-on’ relationships with the senior level decision makers in the region. Like the rest of their team you will be either be (or become) a well-recognised, well-connected, and a proactive Agribusiness industry professional with an in-depth understanding of crop protection, an adjacent ag input, or rural distribution / ag retail.
