Balcatta, Australia Curtain Hardware (WA) Full time

**Duties include**:

- Answering incoming sales calls
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Processing customer orders and invoicing
- Processing customer order queries
- Receipting customer payments
- Assisting in the manufacturing of customer orders
- Assisting with stock ordering
- Picking and packing orders
- Warehouse administrative duties
- General office administrative duties ie: scanning, mail, booking freight companies
- Delivery drivers run sheet
- Moving completed customer orders to drivers run bay
- Receipting in product and organising customer pickup and deliveries

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to lift and move stock items
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to deal with pressure
- Inventory system experience would be advantageous
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook essential
