**FP&A Manager - Media - CBD**

Currently, they are looking for a FP&A Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to join the team due to a maternity leave cover. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will be a pivotal position within the business and will allow you to make a meaningful impact you will be proud of by the end of the contract.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Finance Director, your role as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be broad and provide outstanding exposure across the business.
Your duties will broadly be broken down as follows (but not limited to):
- Direct supervision of a fabulous team of 3 (wider team of 9)
- Providing financial analysis, insights, and advice to members of the Executive team and internal stakeholders
- Leading the team to deliver the Group’s financial performance, monthly management reporting, and providing information to support informed business decisions
- Coordinate and deliver the Group’s business plan, budgets, forecasts and provide input for board reporting
- Partnering with the financial accounting team on strategic objectives including mergers and acquisition activity, whilst developing the financial modelling capabilities to support forecasting
- Providing insightful financial and commercial analysis
- Building positive business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
**Your Background**
To be considered for this FP&A Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management
- Prior staff management experience
- Strength in financial modelling
- Well-organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to complete the full 12 months of the fixed term contract
