AA Maintenance & Landscaping Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable professional to lead our Garden Maintenance division, servicing both commercial and residential clients.

This is not your average mowing job - we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and can deliver a high standard of service every time.

**About the Role**
- Operate and maintain zero-turn mowers (Walker mower experience highly regarded);
- Perform hedge trimming, vertical edging, lawn care and general garden maintenance;
- Carry out basic servicing and troubleshooting of small motors and garden equipment;
- Work efficiently without compromising on quality;
- Manage daily schedules with mínimal supervision; and
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold our company's reputation for quality.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Proven experience in professional garden maintenance;**:

- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation;
- Ability to work quickly and effectively, while maintaining high standards;
- Reliability and the ability to work independently;
- Mechanically minded;
- A client focused attitude with good communication skills; and
- Current, valid driver's licence (mandatory).
