Our client is an iconic Australian company who are at the heart of the Australian arts culture. Their finance team is going from strength to strength with a great leadership team, and they are seeking an FP&A Manager to join them, initially on a temporary basis but with the view of going permanent long-term.

**The Role**:
As the FP&A Manager, your role will focus on but not be limited to:

- Management reporting
- Developing budgets, forecasts and financial models
- Providing insight and strategic input to the Executive team
- Working with non-finance stakeholders to develop financial literacy
- Maintaining data in the system and BI tools
- Partner with the Financial Control team to improve internal controls and monthly reporting
- Working closely on productions, monitoring budgets and rolling forecasts

**Your Background**:
To become an integral member of the team you will have the following skills and attributes:

- **Professional qualification (CA, CIMA, CPA etc.)**
- ** 5 years’ experience in Management Accounting / Financial Analyst focused roles**
- Less than 2 weeks’ notice
- Strong business partnering and communication skills
- Confident with financial modelling
- Ability to work ‘hands-on’ whilst thinking of the ‘bigger picture’
- An eye for improvement and providing insights
