**About the role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player to join our team in our Dandenong Branch in Victoria. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing product and technical support to a diverse customer base
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Supporting external sales team by providing quotes and processing product enquiries
- Assisting with workshop duties when required - making industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies
- Some warehouse duties - picking and packing customer orders and processing incoming freight

**About you - Skills and experience**:

- Exceptional customer service focus, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Industrial Hose and Hydraulics or similar background (preferred)
- knowledge in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and solid organisation skills
- Able to lift heavy bulky items to handle stock as well as picking and packing.
- Productive and willing team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Good computer skills
- Current driver’s license and own reliable transport
