Administration Officer

**MiLife-Victoria **provides support that enables people living with disability to be self-directed and to exercise choice and control in their lives. We are currently seeking a passionate Administration Officer to provide effective and efficient administration support relating to (but not limited to) Client Services to ensure that MiLife-Victoria achieves its objectives and operations run efficiently. The Administration Officer is centrally responsible for supporting all operational teams including Langwarrin, Community Connections, and Support Coordination to coordinate functions as required. The position makes an active contribution to a positive, interconnected, and collaborative culture and will help to identify areas for business, systems, and support improvements.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Provide a point of contact for all client services inquiries for Langwarrin, Community Connections, and Support Coordination;
- Perform and coordinate a wide range of administrative tasks for Client Services Langwarrin, Community Connections, and Support Coordination
- Provide key support to Client Services Langwarrin, Community Connections, and Support Coordination, with a focus on administrative services, record management, financial processes, purchasing, creating, and managing systems that enable efficiency;
- Provide key support to Client Services Langwarrin and Community Connections with the responsibility of all property management across both sites;
- Provide key support to Client Services Langwarrin and Community Connections regarding MiLife-Victoria Specialised Transport administrative functions
- Maintain MiLife-Victoria's Client Services database and client management systems including scanning, filing, quality checking, and reporting is maintained promptly
- Undertake other administrative duties as required to support Client Services and Support Coordination
- Contributing to a strong workplace culture that supports creativity, innovation, and effective working partnerships;
- Taking reasonable care for one’s health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working by legislative requirements and MiLife-Victoria’s occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal);
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' (completed or willing to complete);
- Punctual and excellent time management skills;
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in customer service;
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, interpersonal, and assertion skills;
- Adapt to change and demands and conditions while maintaining a high standard of personal performance;
- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds;
- Advanced administrative skills, including advanced information technology skills in a Microsoft Office environment;
- Strong solution-focused and problem-solving mindset;
- Demonstrated ability to improve administrative systems and processes;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and high-quality written skills;
- Demonstrate skills in, customer service, phone techniques, word processing, MS Teams, and excel;
- Ability to prioritize and plan work within a dynamic environment while maintaining the ability to respond flexibly to meet changing needs and deadlines required by the organization;
- A high degree of professionalism and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
