**Part-Time - Operations Administrator - Langwarrin**

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team located in Langwarrin. The role will require Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm plus one weekday 9:00 - 5:30pm (suitable day to be discussed between successful applicant and management). You will be working for a well-known & respected agency as part of a supportive team.

**Duties Include**:

- Answering phones & distributing messages in a professional & efficient manner.
- Assisting with property management & sales queries.
- Greeting clients in a friendly manner as first point of contact.
- Mail management.
- Diary management.
- Organise marketing, photography, and floor plans.
- Manage social media marketing.
- Other basic office duties.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Flexibility for extra hours where required.

**To be suitable you must possess**:

- Agent’s Representative Certificate.
- Strong Communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- High level of initiative.
- Possess a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Immaculate presentation and well spoken.
- Previous reception experience in Real Estate beneficial but not required.
