2-3 month contract

Working with a purpose driven membership based bank, this is a great contract opportunity to make an impact and assist in the ongoing evaluation of our client's financial products.

This role requires strong project and stakeholder management skills and the ability to effortlessly work across a number of disciplines to deliver business outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop, establish and contribute to the evaluation of financial products

Adhere and commit to the product design, documentation and go to market processes

Understand and implement product terms and conditions and associated documentation

Contribute to continuous improvement of processes towards more efficient and cost effective solutions by engaging with representative from the retail bank division as part of understanding member needs

Ensure that the product design, processes and documentation is aligned with the business and drives efficiencies

Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Retail Banking team to ensure that products are launched in a timely and considered manner

Utilise analytics to drive superior product performance

Understand and drive key product metrics to achieve business outcomes

Create and maintain product reports

Monitor competitor marketing trends and developments effectively and make recommendations where appropriate

Ensure that the Product Management Framework is updated as and when required and that it aligns to the TMD

Ensure product and documentation compliance with relevant regulation

**Essential skills and experience**:
Demonstrated successful experience in banking product development roles

Experienced in use of core banking systems including but not limited to Ultradata

Demonstrated success as a project manager in the product space

Demonstrated analytical focus and an understanding of ROI principals

Ability to analyse and problem solve in the context of change and continuous improvement
