**Our Client**
Our client is a CBD-based government department with a number of high-profile projects that require multiple resources to support the delivery of new functionality and upgrades to corporate systems to ensure sustainability. These systems will enable our client to efficiently develop and implement national policies, programs and initiatives to support and educate all Australians.

**The Role**
Key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement strategies for managing organizational change effectively
- Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the change initiative
- Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and aligned

**Skills and Experience**
- Extensive experience working as a Portfolio/Change Manager or similar role, with exposure to governance process architecture design, or similar relevant experience
- Experience cultivating and nurturing relationships with a network of key external and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated delivery experience utilising multiple methodologies including lean six sigma and agile
- Hands?on experience in projects relating to operational improvements such as streamlining business processes
- Previous experience in a Project Management role is highly regarded
