Our client, a multinational electronics company based in Bankstown, are looking for an experienced Accounts/Finance Officer within the warehousing and logistics industry. Work for one of the world's leading electronics brand.

**DUTIES**:

- Accounts receivable and payable
- Check and ensure the accuracy of all charges & fees by VAT invoice, quotation, contract and other related shipping documents/evidences then compare with in-house software data
- Collect, check and ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents from OPS and submit to customer following cut of schedule of each month, ensure that all shipments are invoiced accurately and closed within stipulated timeframe
- Send out Statement of Summary to customers
- Monitor and update data onto content management system and mobile device management softwares

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in similar role (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- High attention to detail
- Must be Australian resident or citizen

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,714.96 - $83,534.53 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
