About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Assistant Manager to oversee and manage our finance operations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong data analytics skills and proven experience in financial accounting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions.

· Manage external audits and liaise with external advisors as required.

· Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.

· Implement financial controls, process improvements, and automation where applicable.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.

· Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

· Supervise General Ledger (GL) maintenance and ensure proper accounting of all transactions.

· Manage cash flow and cash management processes, ensuring liquidity and optimal working capital.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA preferred).

· years of progressive finance experience

· Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and reporting.

· Advanced Excel and financial software proficiency.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a finance team.
