Sales Support Extraordinaire

Exciting opportunity to join a successful trans-Tasman family-owned business and work alongside a small and friendly team. Classique International Pty Ltd has over 30 years in the retail carry bag and packaging industry, and is based in Somerton, Melbourne. Car park is provided.

We are looking for a positive attitude, someone who is highly organized and wants to take ownership of their work.

You will be the first point of contact for the company, handling queries from customers over the phone or via the website, offering solutions and keeping our CRM database up to date.

You will process orders and upload new customers and products to our internal systems.

We are looking for a team player who fully supports the National Sales Manager and who during busy times is happy to support other staff with ad-hoc tasks.

Full training provided so you can understand how everything works. Development opportunities exist for the right person.

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion to provide exceptional customer service and have the desire to research and obtain contact information for new opportunities. To interact professionally with prospects and customers.
- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality
- Efficient, outstanding attention to detail and good time-management skills
- Strong computer skills including word, excel and outlook
- Highly fluent in English
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Be able to problem solve, use your initiative, and think outside the square

Experience in a phone based or similar customer focused role would be an advantage.

The successful person will have an opportunity to grow and learn within our small and vibrant company where every person’s contribution is valued.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
