**About Us**
Enable Hub is a leading NDIS service provider committed to empowering people with disabilities and older Australians to live independently. We offer a range of services, including in-home care, capacity building, support coordination, and Supported Independent Living (SIL). Our team delivers person-centred care through an integrated model—eliminating the need for multiple service providers.

**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Development Coordinator to lead the growth of our Carer and SIL services, and capacity building programs. You will support daily operations (including rostering), collaborate with marketing, and play a key role in service expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to grow Carer services, SIL, and capacity building programs.
- Manage daily operations including staff rosters and participant scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
- Work with the marketing team to support digital and community engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
- Track service outcomes, expansion, client satisfaction, and provide regular reports.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor of Social Science, or health service or proven experience in the related area.
- Someone with strong networking and service expansion skills
- Prior experience in NDIS services, particularly SIL, Home care and support coordination.
- Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong marketing knowledge or experience working alongside a marketing team.
