**About the role**
The Service Desk Lead supports the Principle Manager IT Customer Services directly in the provisions of service deliver.
- Responsibilities:_
- Manage service desk requests: AV, requests, replace laptops, if internet not working.. etc
- Attend problem management meetings
- Supervise account provisioning activities
- Supervise team members
**About you**
- Strong understating of Service Desk processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Permanent resident or citizen
- Per NSW Government policy all employees must be fully vaccinated.
