**Full-Time Shop & Admin Assistant (Tues-Sat)**

We’re mainly an **e-commerce flower business**, but we also run a busy Melbourne shop - and we’re on the lookout for someone who can do a little bit of both. You’ll be supporting our **Brisbane team remotely** with general customer enquiries, while also assisting in our Melbourne shop with sales, admin, and day-to-day running.

If you’re a **florist (or have some floristry experience)** this role could be perfect - you’ll get to work with fresh blooms daily while also flexing your admin and customer service skills. No two days will look the same, so we need someone adaptable, upbeat, and ready to dive in wherever needed.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Shop hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
- Chatting with customers in-store and helping them find the perfect bunch (bonus points if you can upsell with a smile)
- Styling and keeping our retail space looking gorgeous
- Providing customer support for both our **Melbourne shop and Brisbane e-commerce operations**:

- Handling customer enquiries with kindness and confidence
- The odd flower market run or delivery (driver’s licence essential)
- Being the right-hand to our Melbourne manager

**About you**:

- A natural people-person with great communication skills
- Someone who can think on their feet and roll with a busy day
- Sales-savvy with an eye for detail and design
- Comfortable flying solo on shifts
- **Floristry experience is desirable but not required** - we’d love to have a creative florist join our crew, but we’ll also teach you along the way if you’ve got the passion

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
